2020 Calendar Photo Competition

Edenhope & District Memorial Hospital 2020 Calendar and Quality Account Photo Competition.

HIT US WITH YOUR BEST SHOT!

We are looking for photos and art that show our community to be published in our 2020 Calendar and Quality Account. Ideas for your work include but are not limited to local events, people, spot, community groups, social occasions, volunteering and family time.

Send your photos with your name, address, email and phone number to saram@edmh.org.au. Deadline for entries is Friday 13th September.

Submitted photos must be 3-10 MB in size, jpg format. Please include a title and description of the photo. 

Terms and Conditions

Theme: Our Community.

Subject: photographs and art must be how you view our community.

Ideas for your work include but are not limited to local events, people, sport, landscape, social occasions, volunteering, family time.

Judging: Submissions are selected by Edenhope & District Memorial Hospital Executive team.

Our rights: Edenhope & District Memorial Hospital reserves the right to exclude entrants for violating any of these terms and conditions.

Edenhope & District Memorial Hospital reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

Entry & Eligibility: Entry to this competition is free and open to everyone. An eligible entrant must be an individual and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Photo submissions: Each entrant can submit as many photos as they wish. Entries can be emailed to saram@edmg.org,au no later than Friday 13th of September 2020.

Entries must be submitted via email, by doing this you automatically agree to the terms and conditions of the competition.

Photo Entries must be a digital photograph. Any person featured in the photo must consent to their image being used by Edenhope & District Memorial Hospital as listed in these Terms and Conditions. Please complete a consent form available on our website.

Any photo submitted must be the entrant's own work.

Winners: Winners will be notified by email by Friday 4th of October.  Winning photographs will be published in our 2020 Calendar and Quality Account which will be distributed to Edenhope & District community members via post and available for pick up at the Hospital.

USB STICKS WILL NOT BE RETURNED.

Consent & copyright: The entrant must be the sole author and owner of the submission.

By entering the competition, you grant Edenhope & District Memorial Hospital the right to use your images or artwork in the publication of their calendar.  This may also be used for any further promotion of the calendar and Edenhope and District Memorial Hospital promotions.

Promotional use may include but is not limited to advertisements, websites and social media.

Entrants must not infringe on the privacy rights, copyright or other rights of any person.

Indemnity: Edenhope & District Memorial Hospital is not responsible for failure of receipt, loss or damage of any photographs entered in the competition. Entrants indemnify Edenhope & District Memorial Hospital and their sponsors of any responsibility in respect to damage and loss to entrant’s belongings, death or injury as a result of the competition.
