Plans to repurpose the Bade Wing

Exciting time ahead as more upgrades to Edenhope Hospital

The amazing Aged Care redevelopment (Lakeside Living) is coming along well and it looks like we will be moved in by the end of September.

In the back ground we have been working with Chris Steel Designs of Warrnambool to develop draft plans for the repurposing of the Bade Wing (also known as the Kowree Nursing Home)

Regional Health Infrastructure Funding was received specifically for this redvelopment in 2017-18 financial year. The funding was for a new urgent care and administration area.

We are pleased to be able to share with you the most recent draft plans that we received today and Andrew and Darren welcome feedback around the design.

This current Bade Wing will become the new main entry to the hospital. The name of the building “The Bade Wing” will be retained.
We are excited about this new stage and the ongoing improvement to the infrastructure to our community.
